What is NeurOptimal?


Neurofeedback Training with NeurOptimal is a safe, non-invasive, brain training method to optimize overall wellness-helping you create calm, improve your executive functioning, and mood.  

NeurOptimal is the only dynamical neurofeedback system in the world, and as such is vastly different from other systems. This innovative form of Neurofeedback is not a medical treatment but provides brain training. No diagnosis is required, but moment by moment it dances with your brain and offers it the information it needs to RE-ORGANISE itself. When that happens a whole lot of complaints drop away. You feel calmer, clearer, happier and able to function better in your life.

NeurOptimal is simple, perfectly safe and non-invasive, it guides the brain towards self-repair and it doesn’t require any effort.

NeurOptimal is a training tool and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, disorder or abnormal physical state, nor does it restore, modify or correct the body’s structure or functioning.  

What happens in a session?
A NeurOptimal session takes 33 minutes and the training is effortless. Two sensors are placed on your scalp and three sensors on the ears.
You are given headphones to listen to music during the brain training session. The music is the platform for the feedback. NeurOptimal was designed to use our brain's natural way of noticing changes, which is through listening.


How often should you do NeurOptimal sessions?

The number of sessions of that you will need is personal to your goals and the life factors that influence your health and wellbeing. Although some people may experience notable changes after one or two sessions, it is advised that a block of at least 7 sessions is completed within 2 months to support more lasting and noticeable changes.
